Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at possobataratb37@gmail.com within the 14-day return window.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent. Return shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout for new orders.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and inspect your returned item after we receive it.

Refunds

After we inspect the returned product and approve the return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Actual refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
